Shipping and Postage

Shipping - DIGITAL PRODUCT
Please note, in addition to physical product, Family Ministry sells MP3 Audio Files and downloadable documents in PDF format. MP3 Audio Files and downloadable documents will not be shipped to you. You can download these files on completing the payment process.
Once online payment has been completed you will immediately be able to download the song(s) or document(s) you have purchased.

Shipping & Postage - PHYSICAL PRODUCT
We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days of receipt of your order, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If ordering more than a single small item, i.e. something that won't fit through your letterbox, please ensure that someone will be present at your delivery address to receive your parcel.

We appreciate you making the choice to order with us and we'll do our best to get your order to you just as soon as possible. However, we can't of course be held responsible for delays on route.

UK Shipping - FREE Second Class Post on orders of £10 or over
We will dispatch your order by second class post at no charge if it is valued at £10 or over. For orders under £10 there is a flat charge of £1.50 towards postage and packing costs. Royal Mail aims to deliver Second Class Mail within 3-5 days, but it can be up to 10 days. Larger orders are dispatched by carrier who should deliver within 2 working days of dispatch if someone is in to receive the parcel.

UK Shipping - First Class Post Option

You may upgrade to First Class Post on smaller orders. The charge for First Class Post on all orders up to £50 is £2.00. Larger orders are usually sent by carrier and we use their premium option for all customers.

There is a base shipping cost of £2.50 plus £0.30p per item ordered.
For example, 2 items would be £2.50+30p+30p = £3.10

International Shipping (outside the UK/EU)
Orders up to £20 in value cost £5.00 in shipping charges.
For orders over £20, the shipping charge is 25% of the order value.
