Sessions 1-6: Families and friends
Increasingly, young children experience the new adult relationships that playgroup, nursery and school may bring, but they still live mostly among families and friends and are learning how to function in different ways as child, brother, sister and friend. The bible stories chosen for Sessions 1- begins with the birth of Samuel, and all of God’s involvement in our lives, his great love for us when we ask. With puppets, music and song, stories and practical activities, children’s experience of God can be safely and joyfully explored and enlarged, and their human relationships enriched.

Sessions 7-12: Obedience to God
Small children are delightful but have the same leaning towards sin and disobedience as adults and easily copy the wrong things others do. Sessions 7-12 use stories from the Old and New Testaments to children in your group the opportunity to begin a lifelong journey of learning what God wants, and to discover how to respond positively, singing, listening and doing activities provide building blocks designed to establish good foundations for their lives.
