Sessions 7-12: Depending on God These sessions help young people consider the life of Abraham, who obeyed God in circumstances that seemed daunting; setting off on a journey, losing family members on the way, trusting in God’s promises. We’ll also focus on Isaac, and his twins, seeing that God’s word is certain and sure. Issues of home and belonging; family; miracles; God’s provision; marriage and children – timeless, valuable lessons help young people encounter the God who understands our weaknesses and forgives our sins, providing direction, power, help and love.
Session 7: We’re off! (Genesis 12:1-9) Session 8: It’s going to be great! (Genesis 15) Session 9: Having the time of my life (Genesis 18) Session 10: On a guided tour (Genesis 22) Session 11: What shall I do? (Genesis 24) Session 12: Wish you were here (Genesis 28:10-22)
